African Festival Table Vendor Registration Form

 

A nonrefundable Registration fee for a table and a chair will be as follows;

> African Food vendors $325
> Businesses $275
> Arts and Crafts $175
> Nonprofit organizations / information $175
> All vendors must pay a $25.00 Refundable cleaning deposit fee
> Late registration fee of $25.00 will be charged on June 18th

All vendors are expected to arrive between 8AM to 9:30AM for setup. All vendors will be assigned a specific spot number, also on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors MUST BE on site by 9AM. Late comers beware that the ACA will try to accommodate to find you the best placement after that time, but are not responsible for the location you may have if you don't arrive by 9AM.

We encourage you to bring your own Tent (i.e., 10'x 10'). However, a limited quantity of tents are available for rent for $50.00; first come, first serve basis.

No Rain date for this event, so please come prepared for what June can bring!
