Membership to the African Cultural Association (ACA) is conducted entirely on a voluntarily basis and is free! Membership is open to all Africans and friends of Africans in the Greater Lowell and Merrimack Valley region. If you are looking for an organization that serves as a support network to promote the talents and ambitions of Africans, Africans in the diaspora and their communities, this organization is for you.
